Tanto pessoas f\u00edsicas quanto estabelecimentos comercias que n\u00e3o estejam cadastrados junto \u00e0 Subsecretaria de Bem-Estar Animal estar\u00e3o impedidos de comercializ\u00e1-los. Al\u00e9m disso, os pets precisar\u00e3o ter a proced\u00eancia reconhecida por meio de microchip e estar devidamente vacinados e vermifugados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Canis<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; box-sizing: border-box; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px; margin: 0cm 0cm 22.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #333333;\">Canis e gatis ter\u00e3o que ter um m\u00e9dico veterin\u00e1rio devidamente inscrito no Conselho Regional de Medicina Veterin\u00e1ria (CRMV). A infra\u00e7\u00e3o para quem descumprir as determina\u00e7\u00f5es vai desde uma advert\u00eancia at\u00e9 a cobran\u00e7a de multa, que poder\u00e1 variar entre 100 UFIR\u2019S (Unidade Fiscal de Refer\u00eancia) e R$ 100.000,00.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Animal Comunit\u00e1rio<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; box-sizing: border-box; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px; margin: 0cm 0cm 22.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #333333;\">Tamb\u00e9m deve se tornar realidade com a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do PL, que cria e regulamenta o programa \u201cAnimal Comunit\u00e1rio\u201d. Com a medida, os animais que n\u00e3o t\u00eam um respons\u00e1vel definido receber\u00e3o aten\u00e7\u00e3o e cuidados de um tutor. Subs\u00eddio para a compra de ra\u00e7\u00e3o e equipamentos para o bem-estar dos animais al\u00e9m de cadastramento e vacina\u00e7\u00e3o, ser\u00e3o empenhados por meio da subsecretaria.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Puni\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"background: white; box-sizing: border-box; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px; margin: 0cm 0cm 22.5pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #333333;\">Por fim, o projeto que prev\u00ea puni\u00e7\u00f5es a quem comete maus-tratos contra animais dom\u00e9sticos. Conforme o texto, quem agredir um pet ficar\u00e1 impedido de ter outro animal de estima\u00e7\u00e3o durante cinco anos consecutivos.
