Entretanto, quando encerra o mandato, vai para a primeira inst\u00e2ncia e perde aquilo que \u00e9 chamado de foro privilegiado\u201d, explicou.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Compara\u00e7\u00e3o entre os casos Lula e Bolsonaro<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">S\u00e9rgio Moro avaliou que o julgamento de Lula seguiu os tr\u00e2mites adequados.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em> \u201cEle foi julgado em primeira inst\u00e2ncia e condenado em segunda inst\u00e2ncia. S\u00f3 foi preso ap\u00f3s condena\u00e7\u00e3o em segunda inst\u00e2ncia, foi condenado em terceira inst\u00e2ncia\u201d, lembrou. \u201cHouve uma reviravolta pol\u00edtica, mas o processo seguiu os tr\u00e2mites ideais para a \u00e9poca\u201d, relembra.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Sobre Bolsonaro, Moro avaliou que o julgamento est\u00e1 politizado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cEu acredito que esse julgamento ficou muito contaminado politicamente.
