Todos ter\u00e3o que devolver o montante. <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #4d4d4d;\">Entre os pagamentos irregulares est\u00e1 o caso de um aposentado com remunera\u00e7\u00e3o mensal superior a R$ 35 mil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"max-width: 100%; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #4d4d4d;\">O levantamento feito pela Controladoria-Geral da Uni\u00e3o (CGU) com a Controladoria-Geral do Estado (CGE) mostrou que 259 desses servidores poder\u00e3o responder a processo administrativo e judicial, por falsidade ideol\u00f3gica, j\u00e1 que fizeram o cadastro no Minist\u00e9rio da Cidadania declarando n\u00e3o ter v\u00ednculo empregat\u00edcio, aposentadoria ou pens\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"max-width: 100%; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #4d4d4d;\">De acordo com o controlador-geral do Estado, Carlos Eduardo Gir\u00e3o de Arruda, os benef\u00edcios irregulares foram pagos principalmente a aposentados e pensionistas (84,9% dos casos) e servidores da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o (12,7%, sendo a maioria professores convocados). <\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"max-width: 100%; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #4d4d4d;\">\u201cO perfil salarial \u00e9 o mais diverso poss\u00edvel. Voc\u00ea encontra uma boa parte dos servidores ganhando um sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo e at\u00e9 servidores aposentados que tiveram benef\u00edcio bruto de R$ 35 mil, mas posso te dizer que mais de 80% n\u00e3o recebem mais de R$ 6 mil\u201d, contou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"max-width: 100%; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: justify; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: georgia, palatino, serif; color: #4d4d4d;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">\u201cAl\u00e9m de devolver, esses v\u00e3o ter que se explicar. \u00c0s vezes, podem ter sido v\u00edtimas de uma fraude, como a gente v\u00ea ocorrendo, a pessoa pega um CPF e pede por ela, abre uma conta no banco, \u00e0s vezes, pode ser isso.
