O ministro Alexandre de Moraes<\/strong> STF mandou a Pol\u00edcia Federal investigar o deputado federal Tenente-Coronel Zucco<\/strong> por supostamente incentivar a\u00e7\u00f5es \u201cantidemocr\u00e1ticas\u201d no Rio Grande do Sul e em Bras\u00edlia.<\/p>\n

O deputado foi eleito presidente da CPI do MST<\/strong>, cujo objetivo \u00e9 apurar as invas\u00f5es de terra realizadas pelos militantes.<\/p>\n

A Procuradoria Regional da Rep\u00fablica da 4\u00aa Regi\u00e3o endossou o pedido feito pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Federal ao STF, alegando que \u201cdiversos inqu\u00e9ritos correlatos tramitam de modo concentrado na Suprema Corte, inclusive envolvendo pessoas sem prerrogativa de foro, mas investigadas l\u00e1 por for\u00e7a de eventual conex\u00e3o\u201d.<\/p>\n

Moraes determinou, ent\u00e3o, que a Pol\u00edcia Federal d\u00ea continuidade \u00e0s investiga\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
