J\u00e1 antecipando o julgamento do TSE que pode deixar o ex-presidente Jair Bolsonaro<\/strong> ineleg\u00edvel, deputados \u00a0querem tentar anisti\u00e1-lo.<\/p>\n

O deputado Sanderson (PL-RS) ir\u00e1 apresentar um projeto de lei para todos os pol\u00edticos que cometeram crimes eleitorais em 2022.<\/p>\n

Neste cen\u00e1rio, todos os pol\u00edticos que cometeram tais delitos, com exce\u00e7\u00e3o daqueles que n\u00e3o podem ser anistiados \u2014 terrorismo, tortura, racismo e crimes hediondos \u2014 teriam a puni\u00e7\u00e3o anulada.<\/p>\n

Deltan Dallagnol<\/strong> (Podemos-PR), que teve o mandato de deputado federal cassado pelo TSE \u00a0seria tamb\u00e9m beneficiado pelo projeto, caso ele avance.<\/p>\n

Sanderson \u00e9 presidente da Comiss\u00e3o de Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica da Casa.<\/p>\n

Ele sustenta que essa deve ser uma decis\u00e3o soberana do Congresso.<\/p>\n

Para ele, o julgamento do TSE se trata de uma persegui\u00e7\u00e3o ao ex-presidente e a pol\u00edticos de direita.<\/p>\n
